The Role
As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you'll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
* Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
* Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
* Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives
No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
* Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
* Unencumbered DEA license
* Clean background
* U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
* Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
