Confined Space / Industrial Cleaners – Ongoing Opportunities We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Industrial Cleaners / Confined Space Operators to join our client’s team working on marine vessels. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role offering consistent hours and long-term opportunities for the right candidates. What’s on offer: Day and night shifts available, Monday to Sunday 10–12 hour shifts Ongoing work with potential for long-term placement Confined Space allowance: $1.07 per hour (when applicable) Key responsibilities: Cleaning inside diesel tanks, ballast tanks, bilges, water tanks, and other confined or restricted areas onboard vessels Acting as a confined space sentry, maintaining constant communication and ensuring emergency readiness Performing fire watch duties during and after hot works (e.g. welding, grinding) Supporting a range of additional industrial and marine cleaning projects as required To be successful, you will have: Australian Citizenship (mandatory requirement) Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Current C Class Driver’s Licence White Card Confined Space Entry ticket Working at Heights ticket High Pressure Water Jetting certification Ability to obtain a clear National Police Check High level of physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces Strong work ethic and attention to detail Flexibility to work day/night shifts, including weekends If you’re looking for a challenging role with consistent hours and a strong safety culture, we want to hear from you.
