About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Community Occupational Therapist to join our client's team in Sydney. In this role, you'll work with NDIS participants to provide person-centered, evidence-based interventions that enhance daily living skills, community engagement, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet client needs
* Provide therapeutic interventions to support daily living, community involvement, and work skills
* Utilize teletherapy and telehealth as required to reach clients effectively
* Work independently within community settings while managing your own caseload
* Collaborate with a diverse team of allied health professionals to support client goals
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Eligibility for General AHPRA registration
* Full open Australian Driver's License
* Eligibility to work long-term in Australia
Experience:
* Proven experience in community settings, working independently to develop and implement treatment plans
* Familiarity with neurodevelopmental disorders, degenerative conditions, and complex needs support
* Strong ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse client needs
