Duty Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of the hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the front office department.
* Evaluate and improve service quality by analyzing guest feedback and complaints.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
* Provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
* Manage daily activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Three years of experience in guest service or hotel management, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn issues into opportunities.
* Current certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol, First Aid & CPR.
* Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
