About Our Client: A well-established organisation within the tech industry. They are a global company that places a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Description: Provide first-line IT support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of technical queries. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. Collaborate with the Technology team to identify and implement process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities and solutions. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures. Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and tools as required. Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.


Responsibilities

* Provide first-line IT support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
* Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.

Qualifications

* Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and server products (VM, AD, MS Server), etc.
* Solid knowledge of networking technology and communication protocols.
* Bi-lingual English and Korean preferred (contact HQ daily base).
* Experience with IT asset management and printing solutions.
* Proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated ability to deliver solutions.
* Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
* Ability to work effectively with a team and with limited supervision.
