We are looking for an Accounts Payable superstar to join our clients fun, supportive, and inclusive team. Client Details Our client are an industry leader in sustainable, innovative property development and investment. Description What will you be doing? Processing and review of purchase orders and purchase invoices for the group of company entities including Joint Ventures and Private Entities Coding inoices Set up new and maintain existing supplier records Running creditor reports for management approval On-charge expenses to associated entities Processing weekly, monthly, regular, and ad hoc pay runs including Direct Credits, BPAYS & EFTs Manage staff expense claim process from entry to payment Respond and liaise with suppliers in relation to all accounts payable enquiries Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted Maintain a high volume email inbox, ensuring all emails/requests are attended to in a timely and efficient manner Monitor aged trial balances throughout the month Monthly credit card & Petty Cash Reconciliations Assist other staff members as required including exposure to month-end tasks Profile A bit about you High level accuracy and attention to detail Well organised, ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal High work standards and work ethic Strong customer service focus Experience coding invoices Ability to problem solve autonomously and work as a team when appropriate Able to identify areas for improvement and willing to change processes as required Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, as well as other MSoffice platforms Must be available to work onsite five days Overall outgoing, willing to give things a go, and a team player!
