Intro Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join an existing team to deliver a newly won social housing project in Tweed Heads.
This construction company is well known for their ability to retain and develop their staff and they have a number of non monetary incentives to encourage that retention which are unique to them. They can offer career advancement and perform annual performance and salary reviews.
As far as the projects are concerned they tend to stick between $5m - $50m however are capable of larger and are typically either state or federally funded or aligned with a large institution. Hence your ability to build relationships and deal with key stake holders is key to your success here.
You will have experience delivering similar commercial projects as a Contracts Administrator and you will have the ability to write your own scopes, RFI's and ITP's (ideally). You will be great at building relationships with subbies, consultants and clients.
This role will suit a Contracts Administrator with the ability to progress in the future. Attitude will be key to your success and opportunity will be at your fingertips.
As a Contracts Administrator you will have:
* Ideally tertiary qualifications
* Min 2 + years CA experience with reputable company
* Project experience over $15m
* Jobpac experience will be looked upon favourably but is not essential
