We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to take full ownership of day-to-day operations within a high-performing, sales-led real estate business.

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 package + Incentives (commensurate with experience)
This role is designed for a commercially astute real estate leader who understands the mechanics of sales, operations, compliance, and team performance — and knows how to bring them together into a disciplined, scalable business. You will:
* Own all operational performance across the business
* Drive structure, rhythm, and accountability across sales and support teams
* Improve margins through cost discipline and productivity
* Build strong department leaders
* Remove founder dependency through systems and clarity
* Create a calm, high-performance operating environment
Chief Operating Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
* Take full ownership of daily operations and ensure problems are resolved at the appropriate level.
* Lead department heads across sales, property management, operations, and marketing.
* Implement structured systems, decision-making frameworks, and operational processes.
Sales & Performance Management
* Oversee sales pipelines, performance tracking, and KPIs.
* Drive productivity and utilization across revenue-generating roles.
* Support high performers and address underperformance promptly.
Financial & Commercial Oversight
* Own operational P&L performance in partnership with the CEO.
* Manage budgets with commercial discipline and improve operating margins through efficient resourcing.
* Implement structured reporting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making processes.
Compliance & Governance
* Ensure adherence to real estate legislation and regulatory standards.
* Protect the business’s brand, reputation, and risk profile.
Leadership & Culture
* Set high behavioral and performance standards.
* Coach and develop department leaders, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
* Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
Strategy & Growth
* Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives and commercial validation of new opportunities.
* Take full ownership of execution to drive business growth and scale.
About You
* Senior leadership experience within real estate (COO, GM, Head of Operations, Director-level)
* Strong understanding of sales-led agency models
* Commercially sharp with proven financial acumen
* Experienced in scaling teams and building accountability
* Confident operating in a founder-led environment
* Calm, structured, decisive, and highly proactive
* Comfortable having direct conversations when required
* Execution-focused and commercially driven
