Clinical Nurse – Neonatal Service (Multiple Opportunities Available) at Metro South Health – Logan Hospital's Special Care Nursery. Deliver advanced neonatal care and family-centred support.
Your New Role
As a Clinical Nurse in the Neonatal Service, you will deliver advanced clinical care to preterm and unwell infants while supporting their families through a family-centred model of care. This role combines leadership, education, and evidence-based practice to ensure safe and high-quality neonatal services.
* Provide advanced neonatal nursing care to infants from 32 weeks gestation.
* Lead and support the multidisciplinary team in delivering family-centred care.
* Mentor, guide, and supervise junior staff, students, and assistants.
* Contribute to research, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled neonatal nurse who thrives in complex clinical environments and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Advanced knowledge and skills in neonatal nursing practice and theory.
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities within multidisciplinary teams.
