What You'll Do
Client Acquisition & Onboarding
* Ruthless pipeline management.
* Respond to all inbound leads fast; qualify to our Ideal Client Profile.
* Book and confirm Discovery/Strategy Sessions for Directors; own reminders and show rate.
* Run disciplined follow‑up (cadence, objection trees, reactivation).
* Onboard new clients (docs, contracts, expectations) without friction.
Agent Network Growth
* Recruit top agents into our off‑market sourcing community; set deal standards.
* Keep a warm pipeline of off‑market stock; triage and submit qualified deals.
* Maintain consistent touchpoints so quality deal flow never stops.
Pipeline & Reporting
* Keep CRM spotless: stages, next actions, notes, and outcomes—same day.
* Report weekly: volumes, show %, booking %, reasons for no‑shows, top objections, agent deal stats.
* Share front‑line insights to improve messaging, funnels, and offers.
Collaboration & Improvement
* Work with founders and sourcing to align onboarding with acquisition strategy.
* Help tighten scripts, templates, and automation workflows.
The Scorecard (what great looks like)
Daily/Weekly KPIs
* Speed‑to‑lead: first call/text in 48h.
* Agent sourcing: 5–10 new agent relationships/month; 10–20 vetted off‑market deals/month submitted to sourcing team.
What You Bring
* 1–4+ years in inside sales / sales consulting / admissions / phone‑first roles. Property helpful, not required.
* Phone presence + script discipline. You can listen, diagnose, and objection handle.
* Process‑driven: you like checklists, cadences, and clear numbers.
* Tools: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar), Zoom, calendar routing, SMS/email automations.
* Confident with investors and agents alike—phone, Zoom, or face‑to‑face.
* Full Australian work rights.

* You come from a client services or sales background and are eager to grow in the finance, investing, or real estate space
* You're an excellent communicator who builds trust fast and keeps it
* Confident engaging with both investors and agents—via phone, Zoom, or face-to-face
* You're process-driven, thrive in fast-paced environments, and turn conversations into outcomes
* You're comfortable using CRMs and structured workflows to manage your pipeline
* You care about helping people invest smarter—and believe in off-market opportunities
* You have full Australian work rights
