We are seeking a highly organised and community focused Enrolment & Administration Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys supporting students, families, and staff with accuracy and care.
About The Role
This position is responsible for managing the full enrolment process from initial enquiry through to commencement, and assist with reception duties, general office administration.
22.5 hours to 30 hours per week (43 weeks) (Working hours and FTE negotiable).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end‐to‐end enrolment process
* Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Maintain accurate student records and documentation
* Provide general administrative and reception support
* Assist with reporting, compliance, and data entry
Selection Criteria
* Previous experience in enrolment and administration desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping systems
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
