A fast‐growing electrical solutions provider with over 20 years in the industry is expanding its Solar Division and is looking for a customer‐focused phone‐based sales specialist who can balance lead conversion with exceptional customer care.
This role is ideal for someone who loves speaking with customers, understands (or wants to understand) how solar systems work, and enjoys helping people as much as making sales.
About the Role
This is not a "hard‐sell" environment - instead, the focus is on quality conversations, genuine care, and solving problems for customers.
You will be:
* Following up warm inbound leads generated daily
* Acting as an escalation point for customers who need more detailed support than the service team can provide
* Balancing proactive sales activity with empathetic problem‐solving
* Working closely with colleagues across sales, service, and operations
* Helping shape the way the business manages leads, customer experience, and internal processes as the division grows

Who This Role Suits
* Someone with experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical Solutions
* A customer‐centric and solutions sales specialist
* Strong phone communicator who can build trust fast
* Sales experience, inbound or phone based preferred
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, growing team
* Ability to build rapport and customer relationships
The role opportunity also comes with a competitive base salary and strong OTE (~$200K +).
