Our charity is based on a self funded model. We can't rely on government or corporate funding as they are highly unpredictable and unreliable.
In this role, you will
* Lead and facilitate our Empowerment to Employment workshop
* Support participants in developing confidence, job-readiness, and personal growth
* Tailor sessions to meet individual and group needs
* Provide practical guidance and mentorship
* Assist participants with finding suitable employment
Program Modules Include
* Self-discovery and goal setting
* Resume writing & interview skills
* Job search strategies
* Networking & professional relationships
* Managing invisible illnesses in the workplace
* Financial literacy
* Cold calling & communication skills
* Handling unsuccessful outcomes and follow-up
What we're looking for
* Experience in employment services, coaching, or training
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Understanding of the barriers faced by individuals with invisible illnesses (e.g. ADHD, autism, chronic fatigue, etc.)
* Patience, empathy, and a strengths-based approach
