An international wholesale company in a challenging industry is waiting for you. In the dynamic future market of solar energy and storage, we want to continue to grow in a targeted and ambitious manner over the coming years. Therefore, we are looking for an employee for internal sales for our team in Altona Melbourne.

THIS IS YOUR JOB

* In addition to our field service, you are the first contact person for our customers

* Customer correspondence via e-mail and telephone

* Support for customers and interested parties in the internal sales department

* Preparing quotations, checking and passing on orders to order processing.

* Developing new and existing customers and expanding the customer base

YOUR STRENGHTS

You are customer-oriented, open, a good communicator, and enjoy working with people. In addition, you have an independent way of working. Enjoying sales and an interest in the solar and storage industry makes you the perfect candidate.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

* Completed commercial training, technical qualification, or equivalent experience in sales/customer service is preferred

* Open and communicative personality with possible experience in comparable activity

* A technical interest in renewable energy

* Experience in the use of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong English skills written and verbal

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or technical products

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

* Eligible to work in Australia with appropriate visa or citizenship status
