Personal and Team Assistant - Systems Development and IPCochlear has an opportunity for a Personal and Team Assistant - Systems Development and IP based in our Sydney Office for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, the successful Personal and Team Assistant - Systems Development and IP will provide timely and accurate Team Assistant support through efficient administration to individuals and team members within designated R&D departments.Responsibilities include:Provide personal assistant support including diary management – Internal and external meetings and maintain an accurate and up-to-date diary system, ensuring all related papers/information are on hand for all meetings and eventsCoordinate business travel – Conference registration, itineraries, visas, travel documentation, and associated expense reimbursement claimsProvide administrative support to multiple department heads, key managers, project managers and all other department staffOrganise team meetings and functions, including monthly meetings, social events, and team building exerciseManagement of the office including maintenance of machines, stationery, supplies, archiving, facilities requests and other ad hoc tasksAssisting department manager in tracking of departmental spending, particularly in terms of travel expenditure and software purchasesPurchasing as per P2P Policy of various department goods and servicesWhat makes this opportunity unique?This role offers tremendous developmental value, providing you with unique opportunities for growth and learning.One of the key benefits is the diverse interaction you will have with individuals across the entire organisation.
