We are working with a leading Australian law firm based in Melbourne for a Senior Lawyer to join their Intellectual Property team. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join a prestigious Intellectual Property team, working on a broad mix of contentious, regulatory, and transactional IP matters. They will advise on patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, and brand protection, supporting clients in acquiring, managing, commercialising, and enforcing their intellectual property rights across the full lifecycle. The lawyer will collaborate with lawyers and patent and trademark attorneys across teams, contribute to complex litigation and advisory work, and supervise junior lawyers. Qualifications
4+ years’ PQE; Exposed to various IP law matters; Experience liaising with clients and other stakeholders; Strong team player; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Technically excellent. Benefits
