Your Role
As a Responsible Behaviour Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and monitoring student behaviour before and after school, and during breaks, including uniform compliance and truancy.
* Facilitating detentions and providing feedback on student behaviour and progress.
* Collecting student statements and documentation to support disciplinary processes in line with the school's Responsible Behaviour Plan and Student Code of Conduct.
* Supporting behaviour intervention programmes under the guidance of the Head of Department and classroom teachers.
* Monitoring programme effectiveness through observation, data collection, and evaluation.
* Referring students to relevant staff or support services as required.
* Ensuring quality and consistency in all duties, adhering to departmental guidelines and continuously seeking process improvements.
* Performing additional duties such as bus supervision, patrolling school grounds and nearby areas, and escorting students to class as needed.
* Generating and sorting reports from school systems such as Daymap and OneSchool for follow‐up.
