About your new job:
As an experienced Dispute Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the management of disputed customer accounts. Your duties will include:
1. Identify the root cause of disputes raised.
2. Investigate, mediate, or negotiate resolutions by engaging and driving all internal stakeholders and customers.
3. Providing great customer service to customers, leaving them with a lasting impression.
4. Creating and adjusting account information in the accounting system.
About you:
• Strong customer service skills (internal & external) both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management.
• Highly organized, with the ability to establish priorities and work in a demanding environment while exercising sound judgment in applying relevant legislative or policy requirements.
• Ability to build credibility, rapport, and influence with lines of business and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• A proven background in dispute resolution management.
• Sound knowledge of standard MS Suite of products.
