What You'll Do
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to a team of insurance lawyers.
Work with peak defendant statutory and state & local government insurers, and other self-insureds, including Workcover Queensland, and the Queensland Government Insurance Fund.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and format legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role, with a strong preference for prior experience within the insurance industry.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal terminology.
