Position: Technical Sales Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, providing technical support, and working with DC-electronic systems. These systems may simply include a solar panel and battery for a caravan or water pump, through to larger applications like an off-grid home. A background in electrical or engineering is preferred but not essential – passion, experience, and knowledge of electronics are key. Enjoy the variety of dealing with customers and finding a technical solution for their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service & sales
- Technical support & problem-solving
- Retail tasks including stock management
- Warehousing tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping
What You Need:
- Basic understanding of batteries and DC power
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Technologically savvy and reliable record-keeping ability
- Solution-driven and lateral thinking skills
- Physical fitness, with a willingness to handle heavy, bulky items
