Townsville Hospital and Health Service are seeking an experienced and outcome driven Organisational Development Consultant to join their highly skilled team.
This role provides high-level advice and consultancy services to Service Group leadership regarding workforce and work system performance improvement.
About your opportunity
The Capability Development Consultant is a principal technical expert in contemporary Organisational Development (OD) methodologies, tools and approaches, with a solid understanding of Learning and Development (L&D) principles and curriculum design.
This role will provide high-level advice and consultancy services to Service Group leadership across the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) regarding workforce and work system performance improvement.
This position works closely with all Human Resource (HR) functions to define, design, develop and coordinate the delivery of effective and engaging OD and workforce performance improvement initiatives that build workforce capability and competence, and contribute to a positive, innovative and values-based workplace culture.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary full-time position, up to 6 months. There is a possibility of an extension not exceeding a total of 12 months.About your new employer

Requirements:
o Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification in adult education, workplace learning, oranisational development and/or vocational learning would be highly desirable.
o Experience within the learning function of large, complex organisations is highly desirable.
Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
o Salary range: $4791.30 to $5132.30 p.f. (AO6)
o 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
o 4 weeks annual leave (pro rata) with 17.5% loading
