The Role
This opportunity is for an experienced tax Director looking to step up to equity ownership in the medium term. The firm is growing its client base consistently and needs another ambitious director to ensure current workflows are managed while concurrently helping other directors to continue to grow the division.
The Firm
Our client is a large 2nd Tier practice led by commercially minded partners who have achieved growth organically and via acquisition. It is an exciting time for this firm across the board, but the corporate tax division in particular is thriving and poised for expansion. In line with their proactive growth strategy they seek a corporate tax director to bolster the division.
The Person
Position requires a CA qualification combined with substantial public practice experience and a wealth of experience in either Big 4 or other 2nd Tier tax environments. The ideal candidate is commercially focused, ambitious, and looking for partner or director role or a change. Must be positive minded and focus on providing value‑added advice to clients.
Applicants must have 8‑10 years of public practice experience to be considered for this director‑level position.
Applicants should demonstrate basic business development experience as part of their commercial focus and leadership capabilities.
