Analyse and develop methods to assess performance of critical systems and assets Support the System Performance Manager with short term performance improvement planning Develop and update asset reliability strategies and protocols Review asset criticality and condition assessments across generation, transmission, and distribution assets Engage and manage consultants and contractors as needed Provide engineering advice that supports both operational effectiveness and strategic planning Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Minimum 5 years' experience in power utility, asset management or reliability engineering Strong understanding of asset performance criteria, system reliability principles, and maintenance strategies C-class WA driver's licence Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident to be considered Perth-based role - no FIFO or remote travel $175k total remuneration package Be part of a team delivering essential infrastructure to WA's regions Long term career opportunity with potential for further specialisation or leadership
