Caretaker for two townhouse complex(one in eight mile plains, one in browns plains), roughly 3 days work per week in Winter, and 4 days work per week in Summer. Duties include:
1) Gardening: mow the grass,trim the hedge,weedkilling/fertilise, tidy up leaves and plants
2) Look after the swim pool: test water, add chemicals,clean with pool cleaner
3) Clean common area, including gym room
4) Enforce by-law, like visitor car park,noise
5) Minor repair and maintenance task

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
