About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employment records related to the employee lifecycle;
* Providing expert guidance on human resources policies, procedures, laws, and regulations to employees and colleagues;
* Serving as the primary point of contact for HR colleagues, managers, and employees for all aspects of administrative personnel management;
* Implementing regulatory updates and key labor law changes related to personnel management and administration;
* Analyzing workforce data and preparing reports to support key HR processes;
* Managing visa and immigration processes for employees;
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A university degree and previous experience in a similar role in a multinational company;
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure;
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
