- HP3 or HP4 Hospital Pharmapist required for urgent locum in Wide Bay, Queensland.
- This is an acute hospital.
- 13th October for 4 weeks + possible extension.
The caseload will cover ward based across gen med/surg/orthopaedics.
Two Options
- 13th October for 4 weeks - 3 months
- 13th November for 3 months
Further Details
- Open to experienced HP3 or HP4 clinicians.
- The service use IPharmacy.
- You will work in a hospital setting and must have Australian hospital experience.
- Locum rates up to $85 + super depending on experience/$95 per hour ABN.
- Accommodation provided.
- $250 each way reimbursed for travel.
- There will be credentialing paperwork to complete before you can commence.
- You must have AHPRA registration and Australian hospital pharmacy experience.
