We support team members with ambitions to move into Accounting, Leadership and Beyond.About the RoleWe're seeking an organised, proactive, and client-focused individual who is looking to carve out their career path inside of a dynamic team.The primary role of Client Services Coordinator is to support our accounting and advisory teams.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many clients and a key contributor to the smooth delivery of our services.You'll provide administrative support across client management, compliance, document preparation, and internal coordination—ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and team.The minimum availability required for this role is 3 days per week (0.6 FTE).
Client Support & AdministrationManage client enquiries via phone, email, and in-personPrepare letters, forms, and essential documentationMaintain accurate client records using management softwareHandle updates to databases and support general administrative tasksCompliance & Team SupportAssist accountants with preparing financial statementsRespond to ATO notices and liaise with the ATO on behalf of clientsSupport the formation of new entitiesAssist with tax audit insurance processesSkills & ExperienceStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Please NoteApplicants must currently reside in Australia with unrestricted permanent work rights.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.Ready to Grow Your Career?
