About the Role

This role is critical in driving the Penfolds global marketing strategy and delivering world class global brand creative and campaign assets, as well as defining Penfolds global media strategy. Additionally, this role helps to build a consistent and engaging brand ecosystem across all consumer touchpoints reflective of a global luxury leader and supports global partnerships and collaborations. They partner closely with key external agencies and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive the strategy and lead the development of all major brand and product campaigns including new product releases
* Drive the strategy and development of global content including digital content across all Penfolds owned channels
* Manage the strategy and delivery of campaign creative assets and content to support global partnerships and collaborations
* Manage the in-house creative agency on behalf of Penfolds, overseeing daily workflow and prioritisation
* Leads development of brand playbook, guidelines and design principles
* Manage global media strategy and global media partnerships
* Lead the creative for key hype campaigns, media partnerships and global sponsorships
* Coach to deliver consistent and improved capability standards across the team
* Management of A&P budgets to deliver brand goals with optimum efficiency and ROI
About you

With proven experience managing large scale campaigns, multichannel content creation and/or partnerships with a focus on creativity and executional excellence. This will compliment your ability to create compelling messages, built on insights and adaptable for different demographics & markets

* 10+ years Brand Management or Consumer Goods experience at a similar level; luxury or alcohol industry experience highly desirable
* Ability to inspire and build a team around a common vision. To drive brand and media innovation
* Experience in media strategy and execution
* Experience in global campaign management and content creation
* Experience managing a team
* Experience building and managing agency partnerships (internal and external)
* Ideally experience working across more than one market / region
* High level of stakeholder engagement
