**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely operate company-provided luxury vehicles in compliance with all Australian traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide punctual and reliable transportation for clients, meticulously planning routes to ensure on-time arrivals, especially during peak traffic hours in Melbourne, Victoria/major cities.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist clients with their luggage and other personal belongings with care.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept in pristine condition—clean inside and out—and perform regular checks on fuel, oil, and tires before each shift.
- Respect and maintain client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch office and clients to confirm schedules, routes, and any special requests.
- Utilize GPS and navigation apps effectively, combined with personal knowledge, to find the most efficient routes.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a professional chauffeur or executive driver in Australia.
- **Driving Licence**: Must possess a valid and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
- **Accreditation**: Must possess or have the ability to obtain the relevant state-based Driver/Chauffeur Accreditation (e.g., Driver Authority in NSW, Driver Accreditation in VIC).
- **Driving Record**: A clean and verifiable driving history is mandatory.
- **Local Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of [Specify City]'s roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- **Work Rights**: Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
