What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
A genuine love for great produce and beautifully executed dishes
Leadership that inspires, supports, and motivates the team
A collaborative spirit and drive to innovate
Strong organisational and communication skills
What You'll Do
Work side-by-side with our Head Chef to lead kitchen operations
Contribute to menu development, plating, and flavour innovation
Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency
Champion food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Assist with ordering, stock control, and cost management
