We are seeking a values-driven and proactive professional to join our team as a Case Manager at our Karratha location.
This permanent, full-time position reports to the Team Leader and requires the ability to work on a rotating roster, and on rare occasions, outside normal business hours.
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field and experience working in the family violence sector.
Key responsibilities include maintaining effective relationships with clients, providing case management support, undertaking ongoing risk assessment and safety planning, delivering case management addressing individual needs, developing individual case plans, assisting clients in accessing support services, and monitoring and reviewing progress and outcomes of individual case plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary Qualification in Social Work or Related Field

Experience Working in the Family Violence Sector
