Our client
Our client, a leading national infrastructure and technology business, is seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join its high-performing legal team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of legal matters, including commercial transactions, property and asset acquisitions, customer and supplier agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic growth and innovation across the organisation.
About you
We're looking for a lawyer with 6+ years PQE, ideally with a blend of law firm and in-house experience. You'll bring strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience in commercial property, corporate law, and service contracts. Exposure to M&A, telecommunications, planning law, and dispute resolution will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, able to manage competing priorities and deliver practical, business-focused legal advice.
