Operational Leadership Position
This is a key role that involves managing and leading a team to successfully deliver cleaning services across multiple sites in the region.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of supervision experience in a customer service industry, with strong analytical and project management skills. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as intermediate IT skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Key responsibilities include developing and managing work schedules, assigning and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational challenges, maintaining reference manuals and implementing new procedures.
* Manage multi-site operations and lead a diverse and geographically spread service delivery team.
