Headquartered in Brisbane, our continued expansion has created an opportunity for a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team.In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they maximise the value of our platform. You’ll work closely with passionate clients who love what they do, while contributing to our global success in a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic environment.Why Join Us?Work with engaged and passionate clients in the fitness industry.Be part of a positive, inclusive, and supportive team.Enjoy a hybrid work environment with flexibility.Join a dynamic, growing company where your contributions are recognised and rewarded.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident and empowered using our platform.Data Migration: Serve as the primary point of contact during the migration process, conducting needs assessments and ensuring data integrity throughout.Customer Communication: Provide regular updates, address concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service.Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot any migration-related issues, collaborating with technical support and development teams as needed.Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to help customers maximise the benefits of Clubworx.CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and create helpful resources such as guides, FAQs, and process documentation.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and effective post-launch handover.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service, onboarding, implementation, project management, or client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or the fitness industry.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, data management tools, and CRM systems.Data Handling: Experience working with large datasets and understanding best practices for data migration.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trust, rapport, and positive relationships with customers.Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Team Player: Works independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Desirable QualificationsExperience in the fitness or wellness industries.Experience managing projects remotely.If you’re passionate about customer success and onboarding, technology, and the fitness industry, we’d love to hear from you!Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesWellness and Fitness Services
