Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement load allocation strategies to optimize driver productivity.
* Manage daily transportation schedules, adapting to changes as required for seamless service delivery.
* Maintain effective communication with drivers to ensure clear understanding of runs, safety protocols, and customer expectations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including chain of responsibility, fatigue management, and vehicle safety.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve high service levels and efficiency.
* Support initiatives aimed at cost control, site safety, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
* Experience in transport operations or scheduling roles.
* Strong skills in load planning and driver allocation.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including fatigue and CoR.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Outlook.
