In this full-time role, you will provide clinical and professional leadership to the General Medical Ward at Epworth Richmond. You will lead a team who are exceptionally focused and passionate about providing best practice and person-centred care.

* Current nursing registration with AHPRA
* Related Post Graduate qualifications (clinical or leadership) preferred or working towards
* Demonstrated excellent communication and customer liaison skills
* Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
* Contemporary knowledge of best practice in clinical nursing
* Committed to achieving high quality clinical outcomes
* An ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
* Be flexible and adaptable to changing environments at Epworth Richmond
* Able to engage staff and promote effective teams and individual growth
* An interest or experience in financial management and understanding of budgets
