What you'll do
As a Graduate Consultant in our Program Performance (Project Management) team at Aurecon, you'll:
* Own your career while growing your skills through workshops and self-paced learning
* Apply your analytical and problem-solving skills on live client projects
* Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design
* Learn from industry experts and mentors through hands-on guidance
* Connect through Limelight, our early careers network
* Build your industry network and appreciation across exciting and current projects
What you'll bring
* A Diploma in Project Management, or a relevant qualification such as a degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Geotechnical studies, or an equivalent field (completed or nearing completion).
* Please note that Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position due to the nature of the projects. A valid driver's licence is desirable.
* Be available to start full-time in early February 2027.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Natural curiosity and a drive to solve real-world challenges
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, supported by strong organisational skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
* A passion to develop both your project management skills and overall professional capabilities
