Job Description:
This is a dynamic role where you will lead the stockroom operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences from receiving inventory to stocking shelves. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in stock management and team leadership roles within retail or an equivalent industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direction to the stockroom team around daily priorities for stock receipt, processing, and replenishment activities
* Plan and manage stock deliveries to meet business requirements
* Ensure maximum stock availability through effective management of replenishment systems and stock loss prevention activities
* Maintain Back of House standards aligned with company expectations
* Optimize the stockroom layout for easy access to stock and placement of best-selling brands, classes, and styles
