We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Rundle Mall Originals Concept Store in Adelaide on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
* Achieving store targets and providing an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Role modelling our service and selling standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Representing the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful manner.
* Executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Training and coaching team members to enhance service skills and deepen brand and product knowledge.
* Coordinating inventory processing for efficiency and seamless stock-to-floor flow.
* Sharing best practices to improve overall store team performance.
Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
* Retail team leadership in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
* Visual merchandising
* Stockroom procedures
