The Opportunity
Join Stockland's Group Legal & Risk division as a Land Lease Community (LLC) Contract Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused contract operations for our Land Lease Communities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business area and partner with key stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
What You'll Do
* Oversee contract creation, execution, management, and settlement for your allocated LLC Communities
* Act as the key liaison for Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and Development Managers
* Manage contract amendments and variations, ensuring compliance and accuracy
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including:
* Salesforce enhancements
* Onboarding and training material updates
* Precedent template updates
* Participate in national projects and embed process improvements
* Maintain compliance with all relevant plans and escalate issues as required
* Contribute to accurate forecasting of sales and settlements, driving excellent customer outcomes
About You

Experience & Skills That Count
* Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration
* Knowledge of contract management, conveyancing, or legal/paralegal practices
* Proficiency in DocuSign, Salesforce, Excel, and Mailmerge
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
