Responsibilities
* Serve as the right hand to a high-profile individual, managing daily tasks and personal requests autonomously.
* Craft bespoke luxury travel itineraries and curating unique experiences across global destinations.
* Deliver VIP-level concierge and lifestyle management, handling exclusive reservations and high-touch experiences.
* Coordinate private events and engagements, ensuring every detail is impeccably executed.
* Conduct deep research and manage logistics for significant purchases, rare items, and special gifts.
* Collaborate with Executive Assistants and teams across multiple time zones, maintaining an efficient ecosystem.
* Handle sensitive personal and family matters with absolute confidentiality, flexibility, and grace.
Qualifications
* 3–5+ years of PA experience in a UHNWI environment or private family office.
* Fluency in English and Russian—spoken and written—essential.
* Demonstrated independence and decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes situations.
* Extensive experience in luxury travel, concierge services, and VIP support.
* Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proactive planning.
* Flexible, proactive, can‐do attitude, managing shifting priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong, verifiable references available upon request.
