NDIS Plan Management Administration Officer - Entry Level
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join the Plan Management team. This is an entry level position, with full training provided.
The role involves:
* Keeping up to date with changes in the NDIS
* Accurate and timely processing of provider invoices
* Identifying discrepancies with providers' invoices
* Accessing the NDIA portal on behalf of participants
* Maintaining client records in CRM
* Communication with internal and external stakeholders required
* General finance/administrative duties
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills and be familiar with the Office suite of products. They will also need to feel comfortable following up queries via telephone and email.
The position is based in Canberra, but for the right person, fully remote may also be an option.
