Robert Collins Group (RCG) are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Officer to support our Karratha operations. This is a hands-on fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping our compliance, logistics, and site support running smoothly.

This is a permanent full-time position, and a competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate.

About The Role
* Manage trucking compliance including tracking trip sheets and issuing CAR (Corrective Action Request) forms where required
* Book travel and accommodation for personnel across various locations
* Organise and track medicals and training for all staff and contractors
* Order and manage supplies - including PPE, office supplies, and yard stock
* Maintain crane compliance folders and prepare relevant crane documentation for mobilisations
* Coordinate all aspects of staff housing - including cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and accommodation allocations
* Assist with credit card reconciliations and expense reporting
* Keep personnel folders up to date with relevant certifications and documentation
* Provide general administrative support and complete other ad hoc tasks as required

About you
* Proven admin experience (ideally in transport, construction, or resource sectors)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital record keeping
* Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
* Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team
* Knowledge of industry compliance (desirable but not essential)
