The new temporary Digital Licensing Project Team sits within the SafeWork NSW Authorisations & Verifications Directorate in the Regulatory Capability & Harm Prevention stream. The team is responsible for the governance and management of the transition of all SafeWork licenses from GLS to the Licence NSW Amanda platform by 30 June 2026.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep track of project milestones and deadlines.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication necessary for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ability to identify trends and provide feedback/advice about system functionality, recognising key risks to the business.
• Prepare documentation to escalates issues or seek approval to resolve issues to support informed decision making and improve service delivery.
• Capability to analyse data, evaluate performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project objectives are met.

Salary Grade 7/8. Base salary starting at $ base plus superannuation.
