* Your Role will be to provide therapeutic Occupational Therapy services to 10 + youth, adults and the elderly, within the NDIS, aged care, DVA and private space.
* You will collaborate and support clients to navigate their health journey and achieve their goals.
* You will have access to tailored professional development, mentoring and clinical supervision sculpted to meet your needs, which includes access to weekly 1:1 support with our principal OT who has over 20 years experience.
* You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our clinical nurse, AHAs and support staff and to incorporate life skill development, the creative arts, sensory experiences and cooking into your practice.
What You Need:
* 1-3+ years experience delivering post graduate clinical Occupational Therapy services. Experience working with a diverse caseload is highly desirable.
* Batchelor of Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA Registration
* Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
* A passion for neurodiversity affirming approach
* Experience in writing functional, home assessment and plan review reports, some experience prescribing AT.
* Respectful strengths based approach working with the aged and persons with a broad range of diagnoses.
