Interpret parts, process customer orders, dispatch products & parts; be the first point of contact for our customers.
About the Role
Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, solve problems, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.
Duties Include
* Interpret parts
* Process customer orders
* Efficiently dispatch products and parts
* Promote specials
* Arrange buy ins
* Process customer credits
* First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
* Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
Note: this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Who We're Looking For
* Parts interpreting "know how" (your technical parts knowledge)
* Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
* Confidence in sharing your 'know how' and ability to communicate your knowledge in a way the customer can understand
* Innovate and collaborative approach to work
* Solution focussed / problem solver
* Sound computer skills
* Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team
