Job Title: Stakeholder Engagement
Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Coordinator are required to work on a major infrastructure project in Rockhampton.
About the Role:
This role will provide comprehensive knowledge and support on communications, community relations, and stakeholder relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement communication strategies to support community, stakeholder, and road user engagement for project works.
* Prepare and distribute communication materials including fact sheets, notifications, and updates across various channels.
* Ensure timely and accurate communication of traffic changes, project impacts, and benefits.
* Coordinate with internal teams to manage risks, minimise disruptions, and maintain accurate records.
* Respond to community and stakeholder enquiries and manage issues effectively.
* Support internal communication activities and reporting requirements.
* Maintain project systems and databases to ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public Relations, Media Relations Communications or Business, or related discipline.
* Extensive prior experience in communications and stakeholder management on major infrastructure projects.
* Experience working within a team and leading team members.
* A minimum of 4+ Years experience in a similar role within construction/civil industry.
