The Role
We're looking for senior Asset Management Consultants or Principals who enjoy being close to operations and are comfortable moving between strategy, coaching, and hands-on delivery.
This role is not about writing reports and handing them over.
You'll be embedded with Tier-1 and mid-tier mining and heavy industry clients, helping them implement and sustain real change, particularly across shutdowns, work management, and asset performance.
Typical work includes:
* Coaching shutdown leaders, planners, and execution teams
* Embedding best-practice fixed plant shutdown processes
* Uplifting maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution discipline
* Working directly in SAP PM or EAM to support better outcomes
* Supporting BI and performance insights to drive decision-making
* Facilitating practical workshops that result in action, not posters
* Being on site, visible, trusted, and accountable for outcomes
You'll often be the senior voice in the room and expected to lead, guide, and get things moving.

What You'll Bring
You're a senior, grounded asset management professional who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
You'll likely have:
* Deep experience in asset management, maintenance, reliability, or shutdown delivery
* Strong shutdown exposure, with fixed plant experience highly regarded
* Solid working knowledge of SAP PM or EAM
* A track record of implementing, not just recommending, improvements
* Confidence working directly with frontline crews, superintendents, and leaders
* Experience in mining or heavy industry environments
* Engineering or relevant technical qualifications
* Exposure to LEAN or continuous improvement practices is advantageous
