that is responsible for implementing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carer's.
Position
Team membership position that will work within defined parameters relating to their area of responsibility. The role will be required to apply well-established policy, principles, practices and procedures to achieve outcomes that supports and contributes to their objectives.
The role will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in systems and people performance, financial, staff lifecycle, knowledge and change management and general administration areas and may undertake some research and analysis activities.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to :
- Performing basic research, analysis and manipulation of data to enable accurate reporting and assist in the development, collation and dissemination of regular reports.
- Providing support and guidance in maintaining the branch's staff life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, training and maintain staffing data across multiple formats.
- Assisting with collation and audits of workforce planning data, reporting on staff lifecycle and confirming against financial, systems and people performance data, surveys and asset management.
- Managing and organising emails, appointments and travel arrangements for the branch, responding to changing priorities and timeframes.
- Providing business administration and operational support to the branch across the staff lifecycle and knowledge, performance and financial management portfolios.
- Assisting in the delivery of projects under the direction of higher classification levels.
