Zero ASBESTOS are a local Sunshine Coast/Brisbane business operating out of Warana and Coopers Plains (This position is based out of Warana). Job tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will be required to assist with a variety of duties including but not limited to:
* Asbestos Removal both A & B Class
* Use power tools and hand tools to strip out walls, ceiling, flooring, fittings etc
* Operate equipment and work safely in accordance with safety procedures
* Move and load waste material into trucks and/or bins
* Maintain where possible a tidy work area
* Ability to turn up on time
Skills and experience
To be successful in securing a position with Zero Asbestos you must fit the following criteria:
* A current construction industry white card
* Construction industry experience
* Able to pass a drug screening
* Must have excellent communication skills and 'Can Do' positive attitude
* Ability to work to specific instructions
* Be able to work at a fast pace and in a team environment
* Have own boots (all other PPE will be provided)
* You may have a trade certificate
* You may have your MR licence
* You may have an asbestos removal licence
